Bulgarian National railway infrastructure company implements EUR 4.4 million SAP ERP

Bulgarian National railway infrastructure company (NRIC) launched the project for “Development and implementation of a system for planning and management of resources at the National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC)“. The SAP ERP system will help the infrastructure manager to integrate the activities of all departments and units. 

The project value is approximately  EUR 4.4 million (8.6 million lev without VATI) and is funded under the EU-Operational Programme on Transport 2013 – 2017, priority axis 5 “Technical Assiastance”. The project deadline is 20.08.2015.

The project will be implemented by ADNES association formed of local IT company Adven Bulgaria and Czech Ness Technologies.

“The introduction of the system will allow us not only to better manage the assets and business processes of the company in the future, but also to reassess the way we work  and where necessary to improve processes with the support of best international practices” said Nicoletta Stoyanova, NRIC director of Strategic development and Investment projects.
