China to deliver pro bono technical analyses required for developing a high-speed rail connection between Bucharest and Constanta

Liviu Dragnea, the Romanian Deputy Minister, and Zhang Gaoli, the Chinese deputy minister for the National Commission of Reform and Development  signed a memorandum to initiate the necessary technical analyses required for developing a high-speed rail connection between Bucharest and Constanta and  modernisation works of Bucharest rail ring. 

The Chinese part offered to deliver pro bono technical analyses required for developing a high-speed rail connection.

Liviu Dragnea asked his Chinese counterpart, Zhang Gaoli, to intervene at the Chinese Commission on Romania’s behalf and speed up the construction agreement for the high-speed train to Constanta.
