Croatian consortium awarded Dugo Selo–Krizevci rail construction project

Procelje Dugo Selo - Krizevci WHZ Infrastruktura has selected Dalekovod – DIV – Zagreb Montaža consortium to carry out the works for Dugo Selo – Križevci Railway Section Upgrade and Construction of Second Track project.

This is Croatia’s largest project financed by the EU. The estimated value of construction works amount to HRK 1.278 billion (EUR 170 million), while the total estimated value of the project including the supervision of works and unforeseen costs total HRK 1.517 billion (EUR 198 million). 85% of the project costs will be covered by EU’s European Regional Development Fund and 15% provided from Croatia’s national funds.

Works on the railway line should begin in early 2016 and are scheduled to be completed in September 2019.
