Georgian Railways launched new container block train on Tbilisi-Poti route

Georgian Railways launched new container block train on Tbilisi-Poti route on the 28 of April. The service is organised by Trans Caucasus Terminals LLC, its subsidiary. 

The block train will run three days a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – between Tbilisi and Poti terminals.

According to Georgian Railways, the activation of this project will offer improved service to freight owners and will increase the value of TRACECA corridor.
