Pesa Bydgoszcz awarded by the Financial Times for “Boldness in Business”

Pesa Bydgoszcz received the “Boldness in Business” award – Entrepreneurship category – from the Financial Times. It is the first company in Central – Eastern Europe to be awarded this prize. 

The awards dinner was held at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London, hosted by Financial Times editor Lionel Barber and Lakshmi Mittal, chairman and CEO of ArcelorMittal.

Lakshmi Mittal said: “Now in their sixth year, the FT ArcelorMittal Boldness in Business Awards continue to highlight those businesses that are bold, have the courage of their convictions, and are prepared to take the risks necessary to break through in crowded and mature markets, or indeed to create new ones. I congratulate this year’s winners and encourage them always to retain the bold approach that they have so clearly demonstrated.”
